Shipping Policies

Orders going to Nassau County, parts of Suffolk County, parts of NYC will be delivered via Pike's Wine & Liquor's delivery service. Other orders will ship via FedEx. Packages going to states other than New York may take up to 10 business days.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine and spirits. All packages require an adult signature.
• For local deliveries if no one is available to accept your package, you may be subject to a $10 charge for a second delivery.
• All wine and spirits purchased from Pike's Wine & Liquor are sold at its licensed premises in the State of New York, where title passes to the buyer. The purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from New York to his/her state.  For orders being shipped outside New York State, title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Pike's Wine & Liquor to the buyer in New York State. Therefore, New York State sales tax is applied to your order.
